Our MissionSince 2013, our mission at Purposeful Design is to help rebuild lives of individuals broken by addiction or homelessness, equip them with valuable work skills, and provide the gift of work.
100 men per city x 10 cities
Purposeful Design hopes to employ and train 100 men per year in Indianapolis and eventually replicate the Purposeful Design model in 10 cities across the country. Our theory of change model has been developed and refined over the past eight years and is working. Lives are being changed, good workers are emerging, and families and neighborhoods are growing healthier as a result. Because there is a world of need across the country, we hope to replicate in other cities.
