With nearly 20 years of experience, Kate specializes in transforming workplaces into dynamic environments that reflect a company’s culture and vision. Her expertise spans corporate, healthcare, and education sectors, where she balances aesthetics and functionality to meet the evolving needs of modern work.

Kate is passionate about translating ideas into design solutions. She integrates research in ergonomics, sustainability, and workplace wellness to create spaces that not only look great but with functionality that makes people want to come to work.

She holds a BA from Western Michigan University and the Kendall College of Art and Design, along with NCIDQ certification (2009) and WELL AP accreditation (2021).

Beyond design, Kate finds inspiration in travel, art, cooking, movies, and quality time with family.
